Billing questions
Who handles the payment?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles the payment, sends your receipt and invoice, and takes care of sales tax and VAT.
How do I pay?
By card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The options you see depend on your country and device.
How do I get Pro after paying?
You’ll receive a license key straight after checkout. Paste it into the extension’s upgrade screen and Pro switches on immediately.
Will VAT or sales tax be added?
It depends on where you live. In the UK and Europe, VAT is included in the price you see. In the US and some other countries, sales tax is added at checkout. Either way, Paddle shows the exact total before you pay, and business customers can add a VAT number at checkout.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Email support@lumenhart.com and we’ll move you over. The change takes effect from your next billing date.
How do I cancel?
Go to your license page and choose Manage subscription, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or email us and we’ll do it for you. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
What’s your refund policy?
Ask within 14 days of a payment and we’ll refund it in full. If something isn’t working, contact us first and our team will try to fix it. Refunds aren’t available more than 14 days after a payment. Read the full refund policy.
What will I see on my bank statement?
Card payments appear as PADDLE.NET followed by LUMENHART. PayPal payments show as PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET.
