1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Lumenhart ("Lumenhart", "we", "us" or "our"). They apply when you install or use any of our browser extensions, including Activity Cleaner, visit lumenhart.com, or buy a paid plan.
You can reach us at any time at support@lumenhart.com.
2. Our service
Lumenhart makes browser extensions that help people manage and tidy up their own online accounts. Activity Cleaner, for example, helps you find and delete your own past activity on LinkedIn, such as posts, comments, reactions, reposts and saved items.
Our extensions run inside your own web browser and act only on your instructions. They work within the session you are already signed in to, and they do not ask for or store your passwords.
3. Accepting these terms
By installing or using our extensions, or by buying a plan, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our products.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required by the platform you use our extensions with, whichever is higher. If you use our products on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
4. Using our extensions
You agree to use our extensions only on accounts that you own or are authorised to manage, and to follow all laws that apply to you. You are responsible for the items you choose to remove and for the settings you choose.
You must not:
- use our products for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or to send spam;
- use our products on an account that isn’t yours without permission;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property or other rights;
- copy, resell, share or publish license keys, or try to get around licensing or usage limits;
- reverse engineer, tamper with or interfere with the security or operation of our products or services, except where the law allows it.
5. Third-party platforms
Our extensions work with websites run by other companies, such as LinkedIn. Lumenhart is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by those companies. Their names and trademarks belong to them.
Those platforms set their own rules and may change how their websites work, or limit, restrict or suspend activity on your account at any time. You are responsible for following each platform’s own terms of use. We are not responsible for actions a third-party platform takes on your account.
Removals made on a third-party platform are usually permanent and cannot be undone by us. Our extensions show you what will be removed and ask you to confirm first, and let you export a record of what was removed.
6. Plans and subscriptions
Each extension offers a free plan with daily usage limits, and a paid Pro plan. The features and limits of each plan are described on our pricing page.
Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you live, VAT or sales tax is either included in the price or added at checkout, and the exact total is shown before you pay. If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you in advance, and the new price will apply from your next renewal after the notice.
7. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When you buy a plan, you buy it from Paddle, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to your purchase. Paddle processes your payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, and sends you receipts and invoices. We never see or store your full card details.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your license page, using the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing us. When you cancel, you won’t be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, your plan pauses until the payment goes through. Paddle will let you know and try again, and your plan switches back on automatically once the payment succeeds.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
9. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our extensions for your own use, in line with these terms. A Pro license key may be used in up to three browsers at a time and is for one person only.
10. Ownership
Our extensions, website, designs, names and logos belong to Lumenhart and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms don’t give you any rights in them other than the license above. Your own content stays yours.
11. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep our products running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee they will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Third-party platforms can change without notice, which may stop a feature working until we update it. We may update, improve or change our products from time to time.
12. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Lumenhart will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, content, profits or business, arising from your use of our products, including any action a third-party platform takes on your account.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to our products, including a license key, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if a payment fails or is reversed, or if we reasonably believe there is a risk of fraud or harm to our products or other users. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can stop using our products at any time by uninstalling them.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page, and if the changes are significant, we’ll let you know in advance. If you keep using our products after the changes take effect, the updated terms will apply.
